With Time Doctor, you'll see data about how much time you and your employees spend on various Zoho tasks.

Time Doctor will show you:

  • Which tasks your team members are currently working on
  • The amount of time each user spent per task
  • Total man-hours it takes to complete a task across your organization

Time Doctor can track other types of data in addition to time worked on Zoho tasks. For example, Time Doctor can show you the websites & applications that each employee uses while working. You'll be able to see how much time your team members are spending on productive sites vs. unproductive sites.

How it works?

Each employee will install the Time Doctor desktop application onto their computers. This initial setup process takes just a couple minutes. Once the application is installed your employees will sync Time Doctor to their Zoho accounts with the click of a button. Then your employees will see a list of the Zoho tasks that are assigned for them to complete. To start tracking time spent on a particular task, the employee simply clicks on it.

When you're working in an office, it's extremely easy to pop into an employee's desk and check out what he or she is doing at the time. However, if you're team is remote, this isn't possible.

Time Doctor can also take screenshots of your employees computers at a time interval that you specify. This feature is optional, but can be particularly useful if you wish to see what a particular team member is working on at that time.

Screenshot thumbnails can be expanded into medium or full size versions, and levels of keyboard and mouse activity are displayed below each screenshot.
