JIRA Time Tracking

With Time Doctor, you can easily keep track of how much time each person in your company spends on their JIRA tasks and projects.

For any date range you choose, Time Doctor will also show you:

Tracked time also appears on your JIRA Dashboard

In addition to the beautiful reports that Time Doctor produces, we'll also send time tracking data back to JIRA so that you and your team can easily track the time you spend on each issue right on your JIRA dashboard.

You can see where JIRA displays Time Doctor's stats on the image to the right. Time tracked on issues with Time Doctor is accurate to the second. You will never have to wonder how much time you spend on each issue.

How it works

Once your employees install Time Doctor's desktop application to their computer, they will have access to each JIRA issue and issue assigned for them to complete. To start tracking time spent on a particular issue, the employee simply clicks on it.

The time tracked is then sent to the Time Doctor and JIRA servers, where it will appear in reports. Time Doctor has desktop apps for Windows, Mac, and Linux.

Time Doctor can also take screenshots of your employees computers at a time interval that you specify. This feature is optional, but can be particularly helpful when you have any employees working remotely and you're unable to walk by their desks to see what they're working on.

Screenshot thumbnails can be expanded into medium or full size versions, and levels of keyboard and mouse activity are displayed below each screenshot.
