How it works

Once your employees install Time Doctor's desktop application to their computer, they'll have access to each Freshdesk ticket assigned for them to complete. Simply click on the task in the Time Doctor app to start tracking time on a particular ticket.

The time tracked is then sent to the Time Doctor servers, where it will appear in reports. Time Doctor has desktop apps for Windows, Mac, and Linux.

What are Your Employees Doing at Work?

Time Doctor can track other types of data in addition to time worked on Freshdesk. For example, Time Doctor can show you the websites & applications that each employee uses while working.
