Zendesk Time Tracking

Zendesk Time Tracking is now possible with Time Doctor time tracking software. Track how much time your virtual team spends on Zendesk tickets.

With Time Doctor, you can easily keep track of how much time each person in your company spends on their Zendesk tickets.

For any date range you choose, Time Doctor will also show you:

  • Total time spent on Zendesk tickets across your company
  • Time worked by each employee both on and off Zendesk tickets
  • Which task each of your employees is working on right now

How does it work?


Once your employees install Time Doctor's desktop application to their computer, they'll have access to each Zendesk ticket assigned for them to complete. They'll then simply click on the task in the Time Doctor app to start tracking time on a particular ticket.

The time tracked is then sent to the Time Doctor servers, where it will appear in reports. Time Doctor has desktop apps for Windows, Mac, and Linux.

What are Your Employees Doing at Work?


Time Doctor can track other types of data in addition to time worked on Zendesk. For example, Time Doctor can show you the websites and applications that each employee uses while working.

Time Doctor can also take screenshots of your employees computers while they are working on their Zendesk tickets. This feature is optional, but it can be helpful when you're managing remote employees and you're unable to walk by their desks to see what they're working on.

Screenshot thumbnails can be expanded into medium or full size versions, and levels of keyboard and mouse activity are displayed below each screenshot.
