In addition to the beautiful reports that you'll see on the Time Doctor website, we'll also send time tracking data back to WorkflowMax so that you can see time tracked on each ticket right on the WorkflowMax dashboard. You will be able to generate reports right in the WorkflowMax website.

to the second. No more guesstimates of how much time was spent working on each issue.
Each of your employees will install the Time Doctor desktop on their computers. Time Doctor is compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems.
This initial setup process takes just a couple minutes. In the desktop software, they'll see a list of the WorkflowMax tasks that
are assigned to them. To start tracking time spent on a particular issue, the employee simply clicks on it. It's that easy.
The time tracked is then sent to the Time Doctor and your WorkflowMax servers, where it will appear in reports.
Time Doctor can also take screenshots of your employees computers at a time interval that you specify. This feature is optional, but can be particularly helpful when you have any employees working remotely and you're unable to walk by their desks to see what they're working on.
Screenshot thumbnails can be expanded into medium or full size versions, and levels of keyboard and mouse activity are displayed below each screenshot.
