Why We Do It
Time Doctor was created by our founders as a solution to empower teams to work from anywhere at any time. Our leaders needed a way to measure and reward employee performance while still respecting their privacy.
The entire Time Doctor team still uses our own software every day and we consistently take part in group discussions on how to continue to protect employee privacy while providing the accountability necessary for flexible work.
The goal of Time Doctor is to provide leaders with the confidence that their teams are staying productive and accountable while also giving employees the confidence that their work is being recognized and rewarded.
