Why is my account still suspended after adding a new credit card?

If your Time Doctor account is still suspended after adding a new payment method, pleasecontact our support team so that we can check and see what is causing your account to remain suspended.

Some common causes include:

Insufficient Funds On The Card
The amount on the card is not enough to pay for the current month's subscription.

Do Not Honor / Unspecified Card Decline Error
It is best to contact the bank and authorize Time Doctor LLC to charge your card monthly.

Expired Card
We send out monthly emails to our existing paying customers one month prior to when their card is due to expire as a friendly reminder to update their card details to prevent further inconvenience.

Possible Stolen Card
We do not normally encounter this, but if we do, we advise the customer. The customer is usually already aware of this anyway.

Invalid Card Number or CVV Number
It is best to contact the bank if this happens. If it is an emergency and you need to access your account immediately, just let us know so we can assist you promptly.
