How to set Time Doctor as a Safe Email Sender
This article will show you how to never miss an email from Time Doctor. It covers Hotmail and Gmail email platforms.

Start by checking your Junk folder:
1.) Sign in to Hotmail.
2.) Click on "Junk" in the left pane.
3.) Check to see if any missing Time Doctor mail is already in this folder.
4.) If you see any messages that should have been delivered to the Inbox here, click to put a check in the box to the left of each message and then click the Not Junk button:
Then, add the email address to your Safe Senders List:
1.) From the Hotmail Options screens under Preventing junk email, click Safe and blocked senders.
2.) Click Safe Senders.
3.) In the text box, type in the email address or domain you’d like to always receive email from, and then click Add to list >>.
Start by checking your Spam folder:
1.) Log into your Gmail account.
2.) Look for the "More" menu option to the left. Click on it to expose more folders, including the Spam Folder:
3.) Open the Spam Folder.
4.) Look for any emails from Time Doctor:
5.) If you see any emails from Time Doctor, check the little box to the left, then click on the "Not Spam" button that will appear at the top:
Next, Create a Safe Filter in Gmail
1.) Log into your Gmail account
2.) Click on the gear icon to the right, then click on "Settings":
3.) Click on the "Filters" tab at the top.
4.) Down at the bottom, click on "Create a new filter":
5.) In the window that pops up, enter in "timedoctor.com OR staff.com" (without the quotes).
6.) Then click on the "Create filter with this search" link in the lower right corner:
7.) Checkmark the box next to "Never send it to Spam"
8.) Checkmark the box next to "Also apply filter to matching conversations"
9.) Optionally, you may also apply a custom label, or stars to these messages to make them much easier to find in the future.
10.) When finished, click on the blue "Create filter" button:
That's it! From now on, you won't have to worry about missing important Time Doctor emails in your Gmail account.
