Finding Time Doctor local cache files - Mac OS & OS X

This guide will give you the COMPLETE process of exporting your local data, finding local cache files and deleting them if asked by our support team.

This article is applicable for all versions of Mac OS and OS X that are running either of the following versions of Time Doctor: Before going through these steps, please make sure your Time Doctor program is up to date by visiting and viewing the version numbers there..

How to locate your Time Doctor cache folder

Open your Finder and click on Go (press Command-Shift-G from the desktop to open) and follow the path below:

~/Library/Application Support/Time Doctor/

To find Time Doctor Lite or Pro version cache files, please navigate to:

Open your Finder (press Command-Shift-G from the desktop to open) and follow the path below.
~/Library/Application Support/TimeDoctorLite
~/Library/Application Support/TimeDoctorPro
