Finding the Time Doctor Local Cache Files in Mac OS & OS X

This guide will explain the complete process for locating your cache files and sending them to our support team. It will also explain how to delete your local cache files if our support team ever instructs you to do so.

Before following these steps, please make sure your Time Doctor application is up to date by visiting http://www.timedoctor.com/download.html and reviewing the version numbers.

This guide is for Mac OS and OS X users only.

How to export a local data .asr file to send us if requested:

How to locate your Time Doctor cache folder:

Open Finder and click Go (or press Command+Shift+G on your keyboard). Enter the path below:
~/Library/Application Support/Time Doctor/


To find Time Doctor Lite or Time Doctor Pro cache files, please navigate to:
~/Library/Application Support/TimeDoctorLite
~/Library/Application Support/TimeDoctorPro
