Once a person turns on the Basecamp 3 integration within Time Doctor, they will need to install the desktop application onto their computer. Once installed, the Time Doctor desktop application will sync with Basecamp 3 and will display all of the tasks that are assigned to the employee.
Your employee will simply have to click the task to start tracking time.
Time Doctor displays all of the time tracked by your employees in beautiful reports that you can view in a number of ways. With these reports, you'll be able to guide your team to a more productive day.
Time Doctor has the capability to track time spent beyond Basecamp 3 tasks. For example, Time Doctor shows you the websites and applications each employee uses throughout the day. This is something other Basecamp 3 integrations don't have.
Time Doctor has an optional feature that enables you to take screen shots of your employees computer so that you can see exactly what they’re working on throughout the day. This is especially useful for remote staff where you can’t walk over to their desk and peer over their shoulder.
